MAKE CRATES PART OF THE DESIGN - SAVE TIME PACKING!
June 23, 2009
Ever tired at the end of a trade show and frustrated waiting for your booth crates? Why not make your crates part of the design? We often make our crates part of the design, as we did with Pacific Cornetta. They serve as a counter and as storage during the show. At the end, everything packs inside! We use eco friendly plywood and eco stain. With some clients we resand and stain for each show. We can also wrap the crates to protect them during shipment, or include graphics which apply to the face and cover up dings by overzealous forklift drivers. |

Axiom
June 16, 2009
Here's a recent rental for Axiom, a fast growing forecasting company based in Portland OR. Our goal was to provide a cost effective solution for Axiom's first trade show venture. We utilized eco friendly eco plast material for the graphic panels, and part of our rental system. Set up and packing was easy, lightweight. The graphic swoosh was the one "bling" element that cost just a tiny bit more up front - but the benefit is that the graphic message can be changed out for new shows in new markets. All and all a great effort. Also, it was our new graphic manager's first week so not bad for a first effort on the production side. |

Empower Solar
April 15, 2009
Our latest project is a booth for Empower Solar. They provide solar consulting and installation for residential, business and institutions. We're proud to align ourselves with Empower and the solar movement in general, because of the eco friendly benefits to the environment. They needed a full 10x10 booth, so we provided a table cloth, a giant rolla green as a backdrop, a bamboo rolla and a table top rolla. Pictured is their bamboo rolla. |

Snowstorms Don't Stop Boothster
March 11, 2009
If you were in Portland this December, you'd know that it was our biggest snowstorm in like 100 years. It was also the month that we get ready for our annual booth rental for HR Block at Macworld. It was crazy, we couldn't purchase enough material because the print shops closed down, nor could we purchase plywood to build crates. But at Boothster we're all about mind over matter. We figured out a way to make it happen. The booth made it to the show on time and it was another successful day of software orders for HR Block. It's a great looking booth - click on the photo to see more pics. |

International Outreach
March 3, 2009
Boothster.com believes that networking internationally is key to success. There is truly so much to learn from outside the USA, and we enjoy sharing our ideas and work globally. That's why we've worked with people from Japan, England, Spain, Argentina, China, just to name a few. In our collective experience we have found that American trade show booth companies tend to not think globally. So we have taken a small step by setting up international pages to help explain Boothster.com in several languages: Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Korean. We still do business in English, but we hope to help companies understand what we do in their language. |

Xeround
Feb 27, 2009
This was our first project in Barcelona, Spain, for our new client, Xeround. Xeround is the only real time, scalable database virtualization software provider that unifies data across multiple networks and lines of businesses. As big fans of modernist graphics we all really like their graphics and color selection. One of the few technical software companies we have found that has a very strong brand ID. We provided portable rolla delux banner stands, as well as wall graphics for their show. Next year we hope to expand their environment and provide more elements. Xeround found it to be a successful event. Though Xeround is not first and foremost an "eco friendly" company they were supportive and interested in using eco friendly material. We did the banner material on biodegradable material with our normal eco friendly inks, plus recyclable wall graphics. |

Pacific Cornetta
Feb 4, 2009
Check out our latest eco booth! It was a great effort by the whole team. This booth featured our patent pending ecoloco display system, bamboo shelves, FSC certified wood, eco stains and of course, graphics printed on biodegradable cotton and post consumer recycled paper boards. One of the coolest things about this booth is that the shipping crates are part of the design. That saves a lot of time, because you don't have to have the crates hauled back and forth from booth to warehouse and back. It's the little things that make each event successful and low stress! When they get dinged up in shipping, they can easily be sanded and re-finished. We used beautiful wood to make sure it looks as nice as possible. |

Being Humbled
Jan 28, 2009
Its one thing to build eco friendly booths and trade show related materials and its another to be able to deliver these products to a satisfied client. But it really all comes full circle when that gratitude is expressed and felt by more than just the customer. Pete Kent of the Oregon Dairy Products Commission had some nice things to say about us. You can read it for yourself in their updated portfolio page. |

Actions speak louder than words
Jan 20, 2009
Boothster.com was started out of shear necessity to "clean up" the trade show industry. We feel we've been doing our part to fulfill that promise, but we could always do better and more, so we have. Boothster.com is proud to offer carbon neutral freight. So, please take a step forward with us as we let our actions speak for themselves. |

VidSwap.com
Jan 12, 2009
Vidswap.com is an online sports video management and hosting company. They've got a pretty unique service that you might find useful. We recently provided them with rental counters and even used our new EcoSolv printer for their Big Banner. Looks great if you ask me, but that's a biased opinion. |
