Graphic File Requirements
Boothster.com uses a variety of eco friendly materials for printing. Please provide the files according to the following specifications in order to ensure your graphics are produced beautifully and on time:

Provide native file formats. Our ideal formats are Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd) or packaged InDesign (.indd) files.

Provide a high res .pdf for printing and low resolution .pdf version for screen viewing.

Files should be to scale size. In rare cases when the files are excessively huge they can be scaled down.

DPI (dots per inch) at full size should be 125.

Link images.

Build CMYK colors. PMS colors should be changed to CMYK because unexpected results do occur, if they are not.

Convert fonts to outlines.

Provide sizes and specs of each file in the graphic file.

If there are any color or image bleeds in the design please add those in at .5" extra on the top and 2" extra on the bottom.

Text should be at least 2" above the bottom of the design.

Do not included files that are not being printed.

If printed proofs are desired, please request ahead of time.

Edits to files provided, including all time spent sorting through irrelevant files is billed at our design rate of $75 per hour.

Landfill Assessment Protocol
As a matter of course we assess all materials during the product development or custom design process to determine where the material will end up at the end of its use. We choose materials that are biodegradable, reusable or recyclable.
Recycling – Lets Work Together
If you don’t have a recycling center in your area, Boothster will take your Boothster created products and recycle them here in Portland. Please arrange this with your Boothster.com account manager.
Types of Trade Show Graphics Materials:
BioBanner
BioBanner, also known as Biographic, is our most popular banner material. It is used for Rolla Greens, or standard banners in any size. It can be finished with grommets or pole pockets, or inserted into a Rolla Green stand. Bioflex is 65% biodegradable and is tear and sun resistant. Our inks produce no VOC's. |
EcoCotton Board
EcoCottonBoard is a panel graphic utilizing 70-95% post consumer fiber material boards. Ultra lightweight and durable, EcoCottonBoard is also recyclable and biodegradable. We utilize our EcoCotton material for the print, and adhere it to the eco board panel with natural glues. Our glues are so ecological they almost smell like honey! |

EcoCotton is our most beautiful looking and eco friendly banner material. It is used for Bamboo Rollas, rollable banners and flat panel graphics which we call EcoBoard. |
Tension Fabric Graphics
Lightweight and extremely agile, tension fabric allows interesting and dynamic shapes to fill an environment. The fabric is supported by an aluminum "skeleton" and the graphic wraps around it like a giant sock, zippering for a snug fit. Trade show booths are ideal spaces for tension fabric. We print directly on the fabric in full color, and can even accentuate the design with projected images as pictured. The material and frame structure is incredibly lightweight, minimizing the energy to transport and saving money in shipping.

Bamboo Rollas with Graphics
Our newest graphic material is direct print cotton textile. We print with the most benign print ink available on biodegradable cotton. It has a very nice, eco look. It’s available as a poster or banner, or attached to our new Bamboo Rolla Product.
