Please provide the files according to the following specifications in order to ensure your graphics are produced on time and under budget:

• Convert Global process and/or Pantone colors to CMYK. If colors are not built this way it will result in file manipulation charges of $75 per hour.
• For specific color matching, please provide PMS #s and/or hard copy of desired color to match to. Color matching is by request only.
• Color matching costs $25 per hard copy print plus postage. Color matching adds days to the schedule.
• Outline all fonts.
• Provide individual, print ready PDFs (1 file per each graphic print), with appropriate bleeds.
• Provide a low resolution .pdf file for screen proofing.
• Each print includes 15 minutes of time for file prep. Over 15 minutes of manipulation is billed at $75 per hour.
