All new projects receive one free consultation, after that we invoice according to the following:

DESIGN AND FABRICATION

-Creative Direction from Founder – $140 per hour
-3D design/exhibit design – $105 per hour
-Design detailing/Fabrication drawings – $105 per hour
-Graphic design – $105 per hour
-Graphic production edits/color matching – $75 per hour
-Design development of client provided designs – $75 per hour
-Project management – $105 per hour
-High end carpentry fabrication – $105 per hour
-Shop fabrication – $75 per hour
-Basic shop labor and packing – $75 per hour

STORAGE

-10X10 booth storage – $60 per month
-10X20 booth storage – $100 per month
-20×20 booth storage – $200 per month

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

For larger shipments Boothster offers shipping through carriers that offer the best combination of sustainable practices, price and service. The following fees apply:

-$25 per crate load in
-$25 per crate load out
-$50 per hour labor rate if load in/out exceeds load in/out fees above
-Custom crating price varies widely

For small packages we use FedEx or UPS. If you prefer, please provide your FedEx or UPS number to your Boothster project manager.
