Because wood and wood products are a big component of many of Boothster’s custom tradeshow booth designs, it is important that we use wood products that have been harvested and processed in the most environmentally sustainable way.   That is why Boothster only uses reclaimed wood that has been responsibly sourced and FSC® Certified. In addition, we use only European oil finishes and VOC-free paints on our reclaimed wood products. That way we can make sure we are only using wood products harvested and processed in ways that minimize negative environmental impacts.  Also, because reclaimed wood is considered recycled content, it meets the 'materials and resources' criteria for LEED certification, and because some reclaimed lumber products are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, they can qualify for LEED credits under the 'certified wood' category!
